Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), Public Health Department, Sewri Tuberculosis Hospital Group has invited applications for three contractual specialist doctor positions.

Eligibility – Pediatrician / पात्रता

MD/DNB or PG Diploma in Pediatrics from a recognised university, with valid Maharashtra Medical Council registration/renewal.

Eligibility – Anesthesia / पात्रता

MD/DNB or PG Diploma in Anesthesia from a recognised university, with valid Maharashtra Medical Council registration/renewal.

Eligibility – Intensivist / पात्रता

MD/DNB or PG Diploma in General Medicine, Respiratory Medicine/Chest & TB, Anesthesia, Critical Care or Emergency Medicine. Preference is stated for MD/DNB General Medicine. A PG Diploma holder must have at least 12 months' ICU experience. Valid MMC registration/renewal is required.

Additional Skills / अतिरिक्त योग्यता

Ability to work with BMC's HMIS is mandatory for selection. Tuberculosis-hospital experience is preferred. Candidate should be able to communicate effectively in Marathi, Hindi and English. Basic computer knowledge is required.

Age Limit / आयु सीमा

Salary – Pediatrician / वेतन

₹1,00,000 consolidated per month.

Salary – Anesthesia / वेतन

₹1,00,000 consolidated per month.

Salary – Intensivist / वेतन

Employment Type / नियुक्ति का प्रकार

Purely contractual. Initial engagement is subject to BMC's contractual conditions and technical breaks; the notified tenure runs up to 31 March 2027. No claim to permanent BMC service arises.

Application Fee / आवेदन शुल्क

₹870 + 18% GST, non-refundable. The notification instructs candidates to obtain the challan from Sewri TB Hospital Group office and deposit the fee in cash at the BMC F/South Parel Citizen Facilitation Centre (CFC), then submit the receipt.

Selection Process / चयन प्रक्रिया

Merit is prepared using prescribed educational qualification and interview marks. Interview venue/date/time will be communicated to the applicant's stated email about two days beforehand.

Exam Pattern / परीक्षा पैटर्न

No written competitive examination is prescribed in the verified notification. Selection is qualification/interview based.
