## Job Description (English) Telangana Public Service Commission Manager Engineering Recruitment 2026 इंजीनियरिंग graduates के लिए Telangana की एक महत्वपूर्ण state-level recruitment है। TGPSC ने Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board में Manager (Engineering) के 130 पदों पर direct recruitment के लिए Notification No. 04/OG/HM/2026 जारी किया है। Notification 18 September 2026 को प्रकाशित हुई है। Online application window 23 September 2026 से खुलेगी और आवेदन जमा करने की अंतिम तिथि 17 October 2026 शाम 5:00 बजे है। उम्मीदवारों को application portal खुलने से पहले notification, degree eligibility, local-candidate status, reservation और document requirements समझ लेनी चाहिए। इस भर्ती के अंतर्गत कुल 130 Manager Engineering vacancies घोषित की गई हैं। उपलब्ध जानकारी के अनुसार engineering-stream distribution में Civil Engineering का हिस्सा लगभग 80 प्रतिशत, Electrical और Mechanical Engineering का संयुक्त हिस्सा लगभग 15 प्रतिशत तथा Computer Science, Information Technology और Electronics and Communication Engineering का हिस्सा लगभग 5 प्रतिशत है। यह distribution candidates को opportunity का broad picture देता है, लेकिन exact branch-wise और category-wise number के लिए detailed notification ही final source रहेगा। किसी उम्मीदवार को अपनी degree branch को स्वतः equivalent मानकर आवेदन नहीं करना चाहिए। Category-wise vacancy distribution में OC के 40, EWS के 13, BC-A के 10, BC-B के 12, BC-C के 2, BC-D के 8, BC-E के 5, SC Group-I के 2, SC Group-II के 12, SC Group-III के 6 और ST के 13 पद बताए गए हैं। इसके अतिरिक्त VH के 2, HH का 1, OH का 1, MH का 1 और Sports category के 2 पद horizontal reservation arrangement से जुड़े हैं। उम्मीदवार reservation table पढ़ते समय vertical और horizontal categories को double-count न करें। सही eligibility और certificate format TGPSC notification के अनुसार जांचें। Educational qualification के रूप में relevant notified engineering branch में Bachelor's Degree in Engineering आवश्यक है। Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, Information Technology और Electronics and Communication जैसी branches notification में निर्धारित allocation से जुड़ी हैं। Degree recognised university या institution से होनी चाहिए। जिन candidates की degree का नाम allied या specialised है, उन्हें notification में दिए equivalence rules देखकर ही आवेदन करना चाहिए। केवल similar syllabus या common subjects होने से कोई degree automatically eligible नहीं हो जाती। Age requirement 1 July 2026 को न्यूनतम 18 वर्ष और अधिकतम 44 वर्ष है। Telangana Government rules के अनुसार SC, ST, BC, EWS, PwBD, Ex-servicemen और अन्य eligible categories को relaxation मिल सकती है। Candidate को अपनी date of birth और applicable category के आधार पर official cut-off date से age calculate करनी चाहिए। गलत age relaxation claim या expired certificate application scrutiny के दौरान समस्या पैदा कर सकता है। Manager Engineering post का pay scale ₹54,220 से ₹1,33,630 है। Selected candidates को applicable rules के अनुसार allowances और benefits मिल सकते हैं। ₹1,33,630 pay scale का upper point है; इसे शुरुआती monthly take-home salary नहीं समझना चाहिए। Gross और net salary posting, allowances, deductions, pension-related contributions और service rules के आधार पर अलग हो सकती है। Recruitment HMWSSB के Multi-Zone II requirement से संबंधित है और posting Telangana में organisational need के अनुसार दी जा सकती है। Application fee दो हिस्सों में दी गई है। OC पहले notification और syllabus की printed या saved copy रखें। Subjects को high-weightage, moderate और revision categories में बांटें। रोज technical paper के साथ General Studies का fixed समय रखें।
